Note: In my 1065 form print out 6 pages - form 8949 1 page - form schedule K-1 for each member - schedule K (form 1065) line 13d 1page With note Do not include the withdrawl reports in the documents sent to the IRS.

That is true. You need to make sure any withdrawal reports printed with your taxes get to the appropriate members, but you don't have to send them in with your filing.
