Is there any more details you can provide on this?  We sold MDLZ as we closed out our club in August.  We are checking with our broker for a new 1099 but they have pulled all of our statements and the original 1099 from their website.  We used Trade King.  We have  problems with the previously.

Any advice you can provide would be most welcome.

Just to let you know if you owned either of these stocks in 2016,  revisions to 1099's are just starting to come through because they have reclassified their dividends and gotten information to the brokers late. It's best to wait to file your tax forms or distribute your K-1's until you get your revised 1099's and make whatever changes they show. The changes will also impact any sales of the two companies your club may have had.
