LNKD Not Recognized?

Hi - thinking about joining bivio and trying to set up account. When I try to enter LNKD (LinkedIn) as part of my portfolio, it says not recognized. But I see you have research pages on it and it clearly is a currently traded stock. Can't complete set-up. Any ideas?

I don't own it. But wasn't LinkedIn acquired by Microsoft? If so, you need to find out how many shares of MSFT you got as part off the deal, or the amount of cash you received.

LNKD was acquired by MSFT on 12/8/2016.

Ah, now I get it. Trying to set up as of 1/1/16 when we owned it but sold it before the Microsoft acquisition in December 2016. I will email support as suggested to figure out what to do.
