NY state tax forms I was just able to complete my club federal tax forms for 2016, but don't see the NY state tax forms on Bivio . How do I complete my state tax forms . Please Help! I'm in MO and I always just go to the MO dept of revenue and they have a fillable pdf form that I print out and mail in. NY may be different but I would check there first. Hope this helps. No, Deanna. bivio provides state forms for CA, CO, NJ, NY, and PA. NY is taking longer than usual to approve the bivio generated forms. The other states were released along with the federal 1065.
