ITC Fortis merger

Hello
on Oct 17 we received $2257 for 100 share of ITC Holdings
and 75 shares of Fotis Inc plus $6.42 cash in lieu.
Thought this was a merger, but not sure as to how to handle
the $2257.00 received
I have attached a copy of the information I received.
