Auto-sync from Brokerage account to Bivio

Can someone tell if the Auto-sync date in Bivio should be update every day even if their are no change to the Brokerage account? I have just take over the job as treasurer and have notice that Bivio has not updated since password was change on Brokerage account. I did update the password in Bivio but the date on the brokerage account has not change. The club has not made any buys or sales on the account since the change over. Any advice would be help full.

I think that question can be best answered by an email to support@bivio.com.
But, for what it is worth the two model clubs I belong to were last updated
in Bivio on 11/22 and 11/23. The one I am treasurer of had a dividend
reinvestment on 11/23 at Folio Investments and the transaction is listed on
11/23 at Bivio. No activity since then and no updates.

Thank you Len for the insight on that we have stock that we will be getting dividends on in Dec so I will watch that date and see if it updates then. If not I will send a email to Bivio support.
