bivio is so out of date
South Shore Seniors


Why are there no transactions shown since July 8th? We have deposited $1,025 to 5th/3rd and transferred $978.47 to Scottrade and sold 15 shares of GILD since then.

Our bivio figures are incorrect. Our next meeting is thurs. Aug. 4th.
Did you change the password to your brokerage but not in Bivio Accountsync?

A deposit to a bank account is something that would need to be added by your treasurer. AccountSync does not link to bank accounts.

If you have changed your login credentials at your broker, you need to update them in bivio also or AccountSync can't run. This is how to do that:

Would you please run AccountSync and see if it is working now, and if not, please tell ushow to fix it. Do we have to put something in Account/Info for the 5/3rd (checking only, no brokerage) account?

It appears that Ms Tieken is a new treasurer and inexperienced
In the use of bivio.  I would suggest that she indicate the location
of her club so that a local treasurer experienced in with bivio
can visit and assist her in understanding the process.

There may be a BI chapter nearby that could be of assistance.

I am the treasurer of two clubs and we use bivio for both, but
I am located far from the South Shore of anything

I"m not the treasurer. I'm the club founder and tech person. I'm a 15 year NAIC/BI person.
