Do you know how the prices/charges by Edward Jones compares to Folio or do you have a contact of someone I can call at Edward Jones to get this information?

Thanks for adding Edward Jones for the account sync. In the event that we have any discrepancies in our manual recording prior to the account sync taking effect, will this new automatic account sync correct any errors.

Hi,
AccountSync will only pull in new transactions that are provided by your broker and enter them in bivio. It is not a true synchronization in that it will not go back in time and correct mistakes in past entries.
It is best to think of AccountSync as your assistant. It will enter what it receives from the broker, but it is up to you as treasurer each month to do the final verification that everything has been entered correctly.
Brokers don't make mistakes or leave out information often from the data file AccountSync reads, but it does happen. If you do a quick check each month that everything in bivio agrees with the broker, you'll find quickly whether there is anything that needs addressing. If you need help addressing it, you'll be able to get it in a timely manner.
