In the past years, we have had some new members.  They did not sign up for access to Bivio; therefore, they can’t print their own K-1s.  Is there a way for them to do that now?  And, if so, can you tell me the steps so I can walk them through it?

If your members have not registered with bivio, you'll see a "bring online" link next to their listing when you go to Administration>Roster. Click on that to send them an email invitation. It will contain instructions for what they need to do to register and access your club.

If they have registered (You don't see the "bring online" link) but have forgotten their login information, here is what they need to do to login:
