answer. How do we handle the transactions when you have C
shares of mutual funds convert to A shares? How do we
input the changes?

Hi, This is kind of a general question. It is probably a merger of some sort. If you email the specifics of the transaction your club had (Ticker symbol, number of shares etc.), we can research it for you and help you get the correct entries made in your bivio records.
