Hi Tim,

All of your current accounting is still based on all of your historical information so you should never delete any of it.

As Mike indicated, if members have been properly withdrawn and you have not left them with online access, they will become inactive and no longer appear on any member reports unless you have checked the "Show Withdrawn Members" box at the bottom of any of the members pages.
