DB cleanup?

Hi Laurie,

I am looking at our high school club Greenenvy***** and seeing members who graduated years ago (all paid out at graduation). Should I still see them, or did we miss something during the withdrawal process?

You may have left them with online access (perhaps to be able to download their own tax forms).

If you can send their names to support@bivio.com, I can look at your account and let you know what else you may need to do.

Uncheck "Show Withdrawn Members" and those who were properly withdrawn should not appear on the roster.
