I am a member of the OKI-TriState chapter of BI, and am building a Power Point presentation on family clubs.  I would like to hear from you about your experiences - especially:

1. How you convinced people to join your club
2. Do members join BI?
3. How did you get them up-to-speed and keep them interested?
4. Are meetings face-to-face or online – what web conferencing software do you use?
5. Do you have minors in your club?
6. What changes did you make to Agreements & By-Laws?
