Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. I have been sending questions to support@bivio.com and request for telephone calls without any response. As a last resort I sent a letter requesting a call and I am yet to hear from the Bivio team. that Is the reason that I think I must be doing something wrong that Bivio is not getting my communication. One of my club members is also having difficulty with bivio communications. I don’t know but I suspect they are buried with requests because of the approaching tax date.
