Instead of printing to your printer you select the PDF writer, the this will bring up the save as screen. Save the reports by what ever name you want and then email them.
I actually then use a program called PDFsam which stands for PDF split and merge. This allows me to merge all my individual PDF's into one that I call "February Treasurers report". It is a free program and works well.

All, Perhaps you're making this harder than it is. All the programs in Microsoft's Office (2013) can produce a PDF file if selected at save time! This includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Etc. Just click: File then Print. A print pop-up will appear which will give you a (shrunken) view of what the printed page will look like. In the lower left of this pop-up, you'll see a button labeled PDF. Click on it. A list will appear. Choose one. I recommend you choose the first one "Open PDF in Preview." (This program, Preview, comes loaded on every Mac computer.) The PDF will immediately open in Preview so you can see what the PDF looks like if/when you mail it or print it. If the PDF is satisfactory, click on File then Rename. A pop-up box will appear. There will be a variety of choices; you'll probably only need to choose Save As and Where. The Preview program will automatically give the file a name for saving it. If you'd like a different name (usually the case), type that name in the Save As box. Now decide where you want the file to be saved. To choose a location for saving the file, click on the little arrows on the left side of the Desktop box. Then click on the location for saving the file. A list of different location will appear; choose one. (If you'll be attaching the file to an email, the Desktop is a convenient place to put it where it won't get lost in the Documents file, but you can save it in Documents, Dropbox, etc., wherever you'd like.) Anytime after that you can attach the file to an email in your email program. Note also that -- if you have several Bivio reports saved as separate PDF documents, you can combine them into one PDF (document) in the Preview program. --there are keyboard shortcuts for doing what I've outlined above; my directions follow the standard program commands.
