Final Distributions I just finished doing the final distributions for closing out our club. However, the amounts to be distributed and the amounts that actually posted when I did the final withdrawals are off by $.01. Riggs' distribution from the bank account is $.01 more than her check was written for. Thus, our bank account is overdrawn by $.01 in Bivio. How do we correct this? Jenny Sue Emerald Coast Investment Club From: club_cafe@bivio.com [mailto:club_cafe@bivio.com] On Behalf Of Laurie Frederiksen Doing a quick reconciliation each month and checking your cost basis when you sell a stock are two of the most important treasurers tasks. These are two of the topics we'll be discussing this Sunday evening in our webinar describing how to perform your "Monthly Treasurer's Tasks". Whether you're a new treasurer, a potential treasurer, a regular club member or would just like to improve your record keeping skills, you're welcome to attend. It's being given online at 8:30PM Eastern Time on May 18. Everyone is invited but space is limited. Laurie Frederiksen You might have this problem because you entered your withdrawals without making sure your accounts were balanced first. It could also be due to rounding for the final calculations. I assume you have the money in your actual bank account that you wrote the checks for? Since it is only $.01, just email us in support@bivio.com and we'll zero out the accounts for you.Laurie Frederiksen
