We use Fidelity.  You can get them to give you 50 free trades and then keep asking for more when needed by offering to switch firms.  The only negative thing I can say about them is that if you change officers, they make it very difficult to fill out all the forms to make the switch, especially if you are going to buy and sell options.  Each officer must register to log in using their SS# and their e-mail address and a password.  If someone already has an online account with Fidelity, they would use the same log-in info to see both their personal account and the club account.  If you change officers every year, the new officer cannot see the older statements. It can take months to get them to change the officers.  I don't know if other firms make it easier.

Subject: [club_cafe] Good customer service

Our club has decided to switch from TD Ameritrade. WE are looking at Fidelity. I was wondering if anyone uses Fidelity and what has been your experience... especially customer service when there is a problem. Thanks in advance
