Cash in lieu not credited to our account Bivio failed to pick up a fractional share of Neogen when it split 3 for 2. We received cash in lieu of .5 shares. Bivio will not let me add that cash when editing the split transaction. How can I add this amount? Further, our account has been off in several months for items that Bivio incorrectly credited or ignored. We have been so happy with our accounting program, always trusted it, but something is different now. Hi Nancy, Accountsync can only enter information that is received from your broker. If that is incomplete, you may need to make manual entries. That is why we tell you to do a quick check each month to make sure your cash balances and number of shares agrees. That will allow you to pick up most issues so they can be fixed in a timely manner. We're always glad to help you in support to fix anything you don't know how to correct. The sale of a fractional share can be entered by editing the split entry or it can be entered like any other sale using the sold button you'll find on the Accounting>Investments page.
