Pennsylvania Tax Filing Procedures
As a first year filer, our club is seeking some guidance regarding our Pennsylvania state filing (we formed January 18, 2012).

1. Should the federal 1065 and K1's be included with our state informational mailing? After completing some reading on the PA website, it appears to me we should.

2. Other than the federal forms mentioned above (1065 and K1), are there any additional items we should mail with our PA informational return (other than what bivio generated)?

3. Are there any individual PA forms members will need to file their taxes? For example, each member receives a K1 for their federal taxes. Are there similar state forms I should distribute to our members for the state filing?

Any assistance appreciated.

Yes. The complete federal filing must be attached to your PA return.

No.

Yes. Each member receives either a PA-20S/PA-65 Schedule RK-1 (resident) or NRK-1 (nonresident) which will be needed to complete their PA individual income tax return.
