A member withdrew from the club in June. Is there any way I
can give her access to bivio to receive her K1?

Dear Carol,

If you cancelled her access when you entered her withdrawal there is no good way to give it back.

However, after you run the tax program, if you check the "expert taxes" box a the bottom of the taxes page, you will be able to access her K-1 individually. You can download it and email it to her or print it out and mail or give it to her.
