How to Amend Partnership Agreement or By-laws Our club is looking to change our partnership agreement and/or by-laws. I was wondering if anyone has a sample amendment that they could share. We are looking to change things like the number of members, meeting frequency, minimum dues, etc. Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Rich This is how we do it:
As stipulated in the Agreement of Partnership of the ABODI Investment club, Section #23, which states that "the partnership may, at any time, amend this partnership agreement with a two-thirds vote", the following amendments have been proposed:
This amendment was voted on September 24, 2011 and was passed by a vote of 9 to 0 in favor of the amendments.
S Section 5: Meetings. - change from:
M Monthly online meetings shall be held as determined by the partnership.
