Getting Into Bivio
Two of our members are having trouble getting into the Bivio
program. They both own Apple computers. Any suggestions ?
M Trytten
Dear Marilyn,

bivio is an internet program so it does not matter what type of computer hardware you are using. They must be doing something a bit differently than they were doing on their old computers.

If they can share further details of what they are doing to try and login and what exactly happens when they do it, we will be able to let you know how to fix the problem.

I just wish to confirm what Laurie said.  I have 2 Apple computers, an iMac and a MacBook Pro and I have no problem accessing Bivio, so the fact they are using Apple computers shouldn't be the problem.
