ESRX Purchase of MHS

ESRX Purchase of MHS We owned 120 shares of MHS. We now have 97 shares of ESRX and our cash balance increased by $3,456. I noticed that this transaction was not automatically imported to our Bivio account. Therefore I entered two transactions: (1) Merger of ESRX resulting in 97 shares and (2) Return of capital of $3,456 from ESRX. Is that is the correct way to recognize this transaction? Thanks. Jim Miller" Dear Jim, No. That is not the correct way to make the merger entries. I also checked out the link which helped. Thanks. Jim Miller Thanks Jim. The AccountSync updates were made yesterday. I'd recommend everyone double check the entries for their clubs to make sure they are complete. It looked like some of the brokers hadn't posted some of the cash in lieu payments yet. Also, if you had reorganization fees charged by your broker, those may need to be handled separately also. Just email us in support if you have any questions about what you see. $20 I presume the cash in lieu of fractional shares should be posted in the near future. I should be alert that it is posted eventually. Is there anything that has to be changed regarding the $20 reorganization fee? One final question should I also be looking for shares of EXRS? We had 50 shares of MHS. Thanks so much.
