NY IT-204 and IT-204-IP Filing

The completed NY Tax Document includes both NY (Partnership
Return) IT-204 AND (NY Partner's Schedule K-1) IT-204-IP.

Question: Do I send BOTH IT-204 AND IT-204-IP to NY State
Processing Center or just IT-204???

Yes. You want to send in everything that is part of the "Clubs Complete NY Tax Document" file that is produced by bivio. This includes files of both the types you mentioned.
