When you invest in foreign stocks and even in US companies with foreign subsidiaries, the value of your investment is impacted, not only by business results but also by changes in foreign currency exchange rates.

Do you really know what it means when you hear that the dollar is strengthening or weakening? Which one will be good for your investments? How much of the change in sales and earnings growth that you are seeing is just due to currency exchange rates changing?
