same member I have written this request before and just learned tonight that one of our members still has not successfully gotten online with Bivio.com. she enters her id, then it asks for a password and she puts it in and the box goes blank, then pops up one of those scrambled letter puzzles. .....she types that in and hits enter and another scrambled letter puzzle pops up, and again and again. she is aware of case sensitibe and also says there are some of thsoe scrambled signals that she really got wrong, but surely not ALL of them. how can i talk her online? Dear Deannie, I have no idea where she is trying to login. As far as I know, we do not have any captcha screens. To login she should do this: 1. Go to our homepage, https://www.bivio.com 2. Select the Login link on the left side 3. Enter her email address as her User Id 4. Enter her password.
