Missouri doesn't require you to file unless your club is registered in MO.

Do you know how hard it would be to do the Missouri state tax?  We have someone from Missouri that is interested in joining our club in Texas.

Ira,

I always thought that you had to file a MO partnership return if you had a member who was a resident of MO. Per the instructions on their website....

What is Missouri partnership tax and who must file?

A Missouri Partnership Return of Income (Form MO-1065) must be filed if Federal Form 1065 is required to be filed and the partnership has (1) a partner that is a Missouri resident or (2) any income derived from Missouri sources, Section 143.581, RSMo.
