We have many entries of unassigned credits and debits from accoun_sync. Some go back to previous years. I do not know what to do to resolve this and cannot get help from anyone.

From our records, it looks like we have answered lots of questions for you.

If you have unidentified debits and credits, you need to identify what they are. You can usually do this using the drop down menu which you will find on each entry. Select what it was and the proper form will open for you to complete the information needed to identify it.

If any of the unassigned debits and credits are duplicates of other entries you've already made manually, you can delete them. You want to end up with a list of transactions recorded in bivio that mirrors what you see on your brokerage statements for each month.

If you have unidentified transactions from previous years and you have used bivio to prepare taxes for those years, you may have filed incorrect tax returns. It will be important for you to clean up your records and determine how much of an issue this might be for your club. You may need to file amended returns for past years.
