I registered our Parntership in Massachusetts, but i have
recently moved to New York. Since I am in charge of the
partnership, does that mean I need to change the address of
our partnership to NY?

We're somewhat in the same boat. We've a DRIP with PFE and
the treasurer has moved plus we want to elect a new
treasurer. We sent the minutes and club agreement
documenting the changes to PFE but they keep coming back
with the need for a Medallion Guarantee. Problem is, neither
our broker (Scottrade) nor any back we've gone too will do
that since we either don't have an account with them or that
security isn't with the brokerage. They don't even forward
the mail to the new address! On top of all that,
Computershare, which has this whole mess, won't accept
investment clubs to sign up for account access! What is one
to do?? We're calculating our DRIP earnings for the past
year to do our taxes. Another big issue is we're a small
on-line club cattered across the country.
