Apple split on Monday and I was holding a Bear Call Spread
which consisted of 6 Long 75 Puts and 6 Short 80 Puts. I
now have 12 Long 37.5 Puts and 12 Short 40 Puts. How would
you go about entering the transaction as a 2 for 1 split of
the option would not be accurate because the symbol changed.
Also, I utilize AccountSync with E-Trade. Will this
transaction come in automatically? Thanks!

This can be recorded as a merger between the two options. For example
the 6 Long 75 Puts would merge into 12 37.5 Puts. Recording the option
split as a merger correctly transfers the shares and basis to the new
option. Select the 'transactions' link next to the old option on the
Accounting / Investments page, then select the 'merger' icon.

It appears that E*TRADE does not include option splits in the
transaction history provided to AccountSync. You can either enter the
splits using the steps above, or contact us at support@bivio.com and
we'll happily make the adjustments to your account.
