TD Ameritrade-Direct Deposits

If your club uses TDAmeritrade for a brokerage, you can have your members send in their checks directly to your club account. Or, you can have them set up electronic bill pay from their bank account so their contributions will be automatically sent in each month. Here are the instructions to do so:

Electronic Bill Pay:

1. Set up an automatic payment to:

TD Ameritrade

2. Address:

   PO Box 2229
   Omaha, NE 68103-2229

3. Phone number:

   800-669-3900

4. Make the payment out to:

   TD Ameritrade

5. MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR TDAmeritrade ACCOUNT NUMBER IN THE MEMO LINE

   That's in caps because they'll lose it if you forget

If each person adds a different cents amount as the decimal amount on their check, it will be easy for the treasurer to identify the payments when they arrive in the account.

With electronic bill pay, members should be able to specify a date their payments should arrive at TDAmeritrade.

Mailing in Checks:

Similar to the above. Make checks out to TDAmeritrade and send them to the address indicated above. MAKE SURE TO PUT THE CLUB TDAmeritrade ACCOUNT NUMBER ON THE MEMO LINE.
