This paragraph establishes that you will meet regularly. It is important that all your partners agree to regular attendance. Having a regular date and time will give them the ability to organize their personal schedules to accommodate your meetings.

Specific meeting dates and times can be specified in your Operating Procedures. This allows you to change them without going through the whole procedure required to modify the partnership agreement.

You can decide what quorum of active partners you will need to conduct club business and adjust the percentage in this sample agreement accordingly if you'd prefer something other than the 40% shown here. You may also want to add wording to this section if you will allow members who are unable to attend a meeting to give their proxy to vote to another member.
