7. The 2003 Goals were reviewed. They were not met. Due to decreasing membership
and the portfolio payoffs, education and stock study schedules, as well as our slate
of officers, were in a constant state of flux. Despite these changes, we ended in the
black.
8. The suggested goals for 2004 were reviewed. The following two were approved.
a. Have 10-12 members by December 2004.
b. Master the concepts of Toolkit through the monthly education segments.
How to get new members? Each member to have suggestions with them at the next
meeting. Talking to NAIC members at the Investor's Fair may help.
9. Social Events for 2004-- After some discussion these events were agreed upon:
a. A Black Powder Keg Party and Picnic in July.
b. A Fall Dinner the first Saturday in Nov. Blackwoods?
c. Appetizers and Cocktails in December, members only.

5. A motion to buy/sell stocks. A motion was made and seconded to sell all shares of CAH. A vote was taken to purchase HDI - $500.00 plus trading fee.
6. Non-Stock Related Business: A motion was made and seconded to change the day the club meeting is held from the 2nd Tuesday to the 2nd Thursday from January thru May 2005 to accommodate Craig's school schedule. This will also allow the prospective member Steve Schwartz to work around his school schedule and join.
Craig, Carole and Lynn volunteered to audit the books for end of year taxes. This will be done, early February, date selected is to be worked out between the three members.
7. Education: Sheryl led a discussion on "Banks of Beginners", with an example on Commerce Bank which we are to review at the next meeting.
