Just a reminder that everyone who has a current bivio subscription will be able to prepare 2011 taxes for their club without having to buy any extra tax programs. The bivio tax program will be available on your club site in mid February, as soon as the forms are finalized and you've received the 1099's you need to complete them.

Here's an overview of what to expect during tax season and a few things you might want to address before the end of calendar year 2011.

Getting Ready For Tax Season Webinar

January is a good time to verify the accuracy of your club records. If they're all in shape, doing your taxes will be a very quick process. All you'll need to do is answer a few questions and all the forms you need will be generated automatically from the information you've kept in bivio.

To make sure your records are correct, we suggest you do an audit in January. To help you get in the spirit, we've declared the weekend of January 21 and 22nd Audit Party Weekend. We'll run 2 webinars describing how to do an audit and we'll be available all weekend to answer questions you might have as you go through the steps on your own records. Put this important task on the calendar and have fun with your club and us doing it together!
