1099-B differs from Bivio
In 2022, we purchased TTE (foreign stock). The cost basis
as reported in trade confirmations is $29,998.62, the same
as what Bivio imported. We sold the stock this year and the
cost basis reported to the IRS by the Brokerage is
$30,088.61. The difference is apparently foreign
transaction taxes of $89.99 incurred back in 2022. Looks
like the brokerage rolled those in the cost basis, but Bivio
recorded as Service Charges & Fees (Portfolio Expense) and
not part of the purchase transaction.

Has anyone else encountered this? Is it better to go back
to 2022 and roll these into the stock transaction, or keep
the difference between what Bivio has and what is reported
to the IRS?
