Can I file without all members SSN/Addresses?
I'm missing a couple of members' information. Can I put in dummy information so that I can file and then correct them next week?
Do not file incorrect information. File an extension now instead. Then get the correct information and file.

To give you more time to file your club's 2023 taxes your club should file an extension now with the IRS before March 15 for 2023. It is easy to do and gives your club until September 15 to file your club's 1065 return. If you file the club return before March 15 or soon after, your club members will likely have their tax documents in time to prepare their own returns by the April 15 deadline. If they are able to file before April 15 they will have no need to file personal extensions just because your club did. The extension has the added benefit of making the return easier to amend if your club should need to. Here are the instructions and the form which needs to be printed and mailed by March 15:

Becky,

I filed my club's extension on 3/13. The IRS, on it's website, strongly
suggested that it be filed online instead of mailing it. I received an IRS confirmation of the extension within a very short time.

I had to choose one of a short list of online providers to go through.  There was a fee of about $11, but I was so relieved that the extension was filed and acknowledged that it was worth every penny.

Thank you so much for that help. I'm working on that now. To see what Bivio has determined to be our total tax, should I enter dummy ssn and addresses now so that I can get to step 5?
